The service enables the host to share their screen with all of the participants making presentations that span the globe a cinch. The conferences can be recorded and archived for easy reference. It is also an excellent training tool. As the host you can allow your participants to take control of your screen allowing a hands-on approach to training and management. It also has an outlook integration tool which enables the host to schedule conferences with an outlook plug-in.
